1. Information We Collect

Account Information: Email, username, profile picture.

Content: Videos, voice recordings, messages you create.

Usage Data: App interactions, device information, IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and improve our services

• Process Voice-to-Video requests via ElevenLabs API

• Send important notifications

• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App

• Comply with legal requirements

3. AI Voice Generation (ElevenLabs)

Voice-to-Video feature (Coming Soon):

• Your text will be sent to ElevenLabs for voice synthesis

• Generated audio will be stored in Firebase Storage

• We will not share your text with third parties beyond ElevenLabs

• You will be responsible for content you generate with AI

Note: This feature is currently under development.

4. Data Storage

• Data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud)

• Videos are stored in Firebase Storage

• We implement industry-standard security measures

• Data may be stored in servers outside your country

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

• Service providers (Firebase, ElevenLabs)

• Law enforcement when legally required

• Business transfers (merger/acquisition)

We do NOT sell your personal data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data

• Request data deletion

• Opt out of marketing communications

• Export your data

• File a complaint with data protection authorities

7. Children's Privacy

TALKFLIK is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.

Users under 18 should use the app under supervision of a parent or guardian.

"We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content. Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment is strictly prohibited and will be removed. Accounts involved in such activities may be suspended or terminated and, where required by law, reported to relevant authorities."

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community and safety policies.

Your Content

You remain the owner of the content you upload. By posting content on TALKFLIK, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and share your content to operate and improve the service.

Prohibited Content and Behavior

You agree not to post or share content that is illegal, hateful, violent, sexually explicit, harmful to minors, promotes self-harm, or infringes on others' rights. Harassment, bullying, impersonation, spam, scams, and attempts to hack or misuse the app are not allowed.

AI-Generated and Edited Content

If you use AI features (voice, filters, captions, or other tools), you agree not to create misleading, abusive, or harmful content, including deepfakes that violate someone's privacy or rights. We may label AI-generated content and remove or restrict content at our discretion.

Reporting and Blocking

Users can report or block content and accounts they believe violate these Terms. We may review reports and take action, including removing content or restricting accounts.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TALKFLIK at any time if you violate these Terms, the law, or our policies. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

TALKFLIK is provided "as is" and "as available", without any guarantees that it will be error-free or always available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use TALKFLIK after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms

8. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while account is active

• Content: Retained until you delete it

• Analytics: Anonymized after 26 months

• Deleted accounts: Data removed within 30 days

9. Cookies & Tracking

We use analytics to understand app usage. You can opt out of analytics in your device settings.

10. Changes to Policy

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified via the App or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
